Jim has been playing music since he was 6 yeas old. After moving to California in 1989, he began playing with an original project named Talon. Afterwards, he played in different cover bands and eventually transitioned to tribute acts for bands like Bon Jovi, Journey, Pat Benetar, Heart, Eagles, Pink Floyd, Poison, Ratt, Bryan Adams and many, many more, playing all over Southern California and across the U.S.  Jim pays very attention to detail with guitar tones and building keyboard patches to sound as close to the original song as possible. He sings lead vocal as well as back up vocals. 

  Jim is also known for production engineering, such as running live sound and recording backing tracks. He has done sound production for many theatres, city events, and theme parks such as Universal City Walk and Disneyland. 

  In 2012, Jim started his One Man Band Show. His show started in Riverside, Ca. The show started as an acoustic show. He felt the show needed something to make it different. He was learning to record digitaly by recording cover tunes on his computer using MIDI and VST plug ins. He mastered the tracks that he had and brought them to his show. It sounded like a full band was playing. The show was an immediate hit! The show has grown to be one of the favorite solo shows in Southern California. His show has played in Nevada, Arizona, and Texas over the years. The show has been reviewed by 3 local magazines, with the latest being the City Lifestyle magazine of Yorba Linda. He has over 120 shows yearly with his One Man Band Show alone.
